The Norwegian Lutheran Mission in Mongolia (NLM-M) is a distinguished non-profit, non-governmental Christian organization committed to implementing impactful development projects. Currently, NLM-M is implementing the "Strengthening Civil Society Cooperation" (SCSC) project in Khovd and Bayan-Ulgii aimags. This project evaluates previous initiatives—Strengthening Children's Rights (SCR) (2009–2018), Strengthening Primary Healthcare (SPH) (2008–2017), and Strengthening Civil Society Development (SCD) (2018–2024)—by analyzing the effectiveness of their model-based approaches in schools, dormitories, and Soum and Family Health Centers in Govi-Altai, Bayan-Ulgii, and Khovd aimags.
